Contractor's failure to meet deadlines for submission of clean copies of individual documentation forming part of the subject of Contract (e.g. Execution project, Accompanying technical documentation, As-built documentation, Technological procedure for construction and installation works, Quality plan for execution of Contract, Safety plan and documentation coordination plan pursuant to Government order of SR No. 396/2006 Coll., Commissioning project, Regulations for operation, maintenance and repair, Time schedule for Contract execution, etc.) will entitle SE to claim contractual penalty from the Contractor amounting to EUR 200.00 for each document and for each day of delay.

  • Failure to Meet Timelines Failure by the Union to comply with the timelines will result in the automatic withdrawal of the grievance. Failure by the Employer to comply with the timelines will entitle the Union to move the grievance to the next step of the procedure.

  • Failure to Meet Time Limits If a grievance is not processed by the grievant in accordance with the time limits set forth in this Article, it shall be considered settled on the basis of the decision last made by the District.
