Contractor’s Safety Responsibilities. (a) Contractor shall be responsible for the safety of the agents, employees and representatives of Contractor or its subcontractors, and for the invitees and guests of Contractor or its subcontractors. Company shall provide Contractor with any information related to the activities at a Site and to any safety rules applicable to a Site and will provide Contractor with training materials for safety that it provides to its agents, employees and representatives or to any invitees and guests of Contractor or its subcontractors at the Site.

Contractor’s Safety Responsibilities. The contractor shall be responsible for compensating for any personal injury, death, or property loss caused to the employer, supervisor, or third party within the construction site and its adjacent areas due to the contractor's fault.
