CONTRACTOR’S SALES AUTHORITY. Pursuant to this Participating Addendum, Contractor is authorized to provide only those goods/services set forth in the Cooperative Purchasing Contract as conditioned by this Participating Addendum. See, e.g., § 3 – Scope. Contractor shall not represent to any Purchasing Entity that it has any authority to sell any other materials, supplies, services and/or equipment.

  • PARTIES’ AUTHORITY The signatories represent that they are fully authorized to enter into this Agreement and bind the Parties to its terms and conditions.

  • Dues Authorization Employees covered by the Certification shall as a condition of continuing employment authorize deductions from their monthly salary of union dues, or the amount equivalent to dues. Failure to authorize such deductions shall constitute cause for dismissal.

  • Arbitrator's Authority A. The Arbitrator shall have no right to amend, modify, nullify, ignore, add or to subtract from the terms and conditions of this Agreement. The Arbitrator shall consider and decide only the specific issue(s) submitted in writing by the Employer and the Union, and shall have no authority to make a decision on any other issue not so submitted.

  • Local Authority Central Spend Equivalent Funding representing a proportion of the LA Education Budget money which the LA would be able to retain, from the non- delegated elements of the Schools Budget and the relevant items in the LA Budget, if the Academy were a maintained school. The proportion which this funding will represent will be based on the elements of the LA's Section 251 Budget Return which are relevant to that Academy.
