Contractor’s Sales Authority; Purchase Orders; & Invoices. (a) CONTRACTOR’S SALES AUTHORITY. Pursuant to this Participation Agreement, Contractor is authorized to provide only those goods and/or services set forth in the above-referenced contract category for the above-referenced Sourcewell Master Agreement as conditioned by this Participation Agreement. Contractor shall not represent to any Purchaser hereunder that it has any authority to sell any other goods and/or services.

Contractor shall not represent to any Purchaser hereunder Purchasing Entity that it has any authority to sell any other goods materials, supplies, services and/or servicesequipment.
