CONTRACTOR’S SITE ACCOMMODATION. The Contractor shall provide its own temporary facilities (appropriate to the size / project requirements), as required for the safe keeping and laying out of its copies of the Contract documents. The Contractor shall remove the temporary facilities from the Site prior to the issue of the Certificate of Practical Completion.

CONTRACTOR’S SITE ACCOMMODATION. The Contractor shall provide and maintain its own site accommodation at locations issued a Notice by the Engineer. Offices, sheds, stores, mess rooms, garages, workshops, latrines and other accommodation on the Site shall be maintained in a clean, stable and secure condition and shall comply with the requirements of Attachment - C1 of this section. Under no circumstances is living accommodation to be provided on the Site. The Contractor shall comply with the requirements of Appendix 9 of Schedule DA, Authority’s Requirement.

  • Contractor's care of the Works The Contractor shall bear full risk in, and take full responsibility for, the care of the Works, and of the Materials, goods and equipment for incorporation therein, from the Appointed Date until the date of Completion Certificate, save and except to the extent that any such loss or damage shall have arisen from any wilful default or gross neglect of the Authority.

  • The Site The site of the Project Highway (the “Site”) shall comprise the site described in Schedule-A in respect of which the Right of Way shall be provided by the Authority to the Contractor. The Authority shall be responsible for:

  • General Contractor A building, construction, or contracting firm with whom Borrower has contracted or may in the future contract with for the construction of the Improvements pursuant to a certain construction contract between them (the "Construction Contract").

  • Contractor If COUNTY elects to renegotiate this Agreement due to reduced or terminated 20 funding, CONTRACTOR shall not be obligated to accept the renegotiated terms.

  • Contract Work Contract work means capital project work within existing plant facilities, major maintenance and/or revamp work, plant modifications and/or shutdown work, minor maintenance and/or repair work, breakdown maintenance.
