Certificate of Practical Completion. (a) When the Contractor considers that the Works have achieved completion sufficient to enable the successful completion of the Test on Completion pursuant to Clause 21, he may notify the Superintending Officer in writing to that effect.

Certificate of Practical Completion. The Contractor shall not less than [4] weeks prior to the anticipated Practical Completion Date, give written notice to the Contract Administrator of the date the Contractor expects Practical Completion to take place. Following notification by the Contractor to the Employer of the Contractor’s desire to hand over the Works to the Employer on Practical Completion the Employer shall within 10 Working Days of such notification procure that the Contract Administrator shall inspect the Works and if in the Contract Administrator is of the reasonable opinion that Practical Completion has taken place the Contract Administrator will issue the Practical Completion Statement. Any dispute as to whether or not Practical Completion has taken place will be referred to adjudication in accordance with clause 13.
Certificate of Practical Completion. When the Contractor is of the opinion that Practical Completion has been reached, the Contractor shall in writing request Essential Energy’s Representative to issue a Certificate of Practical Completion. Within 14 days of the receipt of the request, Essential Energy’s Representative shall give to the Contractor and to Essential Energy a Certificate of Practical Completion certifying the Date of Practical Completion or give the Contractor in writing the reasons for not issuing the Certificate. When Essential Energy’s Representative is of the opinion that Practical Completion has been reached, Essential Energy’s Representative may issue a Certificate of Practical Completion, whether or not the Contractor has made a request for its issue.
Certificate of Practical Completion. 7.1 Following completion of the Highway Works, the Developer shall apply to the Proper Officer in writing for a Certificate of Practical Completion.
Certificate of Practical Completion. A certificate issued by the ARCHITECT to the contractor appointed by the SELLER in respect of the WORKS, accepting that practical completion of the WORKS (as may be applicable in the circumstances) has been achieved.
Certificate of Practical Completion. (a) Tetra Tech must issue a certificate entitled ‘Certificate of Practical Completion’ (“Certificate of Practical Completion”) where the Contractor has submitted a Practical Completion Claim and Tetra Tech is satisfied that Practical Completion has been achieved.
Certificate of Practical Completion. The Contractor shall give the Superintendent at least 14 days notice of the date upon which the Contractor anticipates that Practical Completion will be reached. When the Contractor is of the opinion that Practical Completion has been reached, the Contractor shall in writing request the Superintendent to issue a Certificate of Practical Completion. Within 14 days of the receipt of the request, the Superintendent shall give to the Contractor and to the Principal a Certificate of Practical Completion certifying the Date of Practical Completion or give the Contractor in writing the reasons for not issuing the Certificate. When the Superintendent is of the opinion that Practical Completion has been reached, the Superintendent may issue a Certificate of Practical Completion whether or not the Contractor has made a request for its issue.
Certificate of Practical Completion. 8.1 When in the reasonable opinion of the Employer's Agent Practical Completion of the Developer's Works in accordance with the Drawings and Specification and the terms of this Agreement has taken place the Employer's Agent shall forthwith issue a Certificate to that effect and subject to sub-clause 8.2 hereof the Date of Practical Completion of the Developer's Works shall for all purposes of this Agreement be deemed to have taken place PROVIDED THAT the Landlord's Surveyor or the Employer's Agent will give the Tenant at least ten working days prior written notice of the Employer's Agent's intention to issue the Certificate so as to give the Tenant and/or its representatives the opportunity of attending the final inspection of the Developer's Works by the Employer's Agent and the Landlord's Surveyor prior to the issue of the Certificate.
Certificate of Practical Completion. 29.1.1. The Contractor shall give the Company Representative at least 45 days written notice of the date upon which the Contractor anticipates that Practical Completion of the Works will be reached.
