Contractor's Use of Authority’s Documents. Intellectual property in the Authority’s requirements and Specifications and Standards and all other documents and materials issued by the Authority or the Authority’s Representative to the Contractor shall (as between the parties) remain the property of the Authority. The Contractor may, at its cost, copy, use and communicate any such documents for the purposes of the Contract. They shall not, without the consent of the Authority, be used, copied or communicated to a third party by the Contractor, except as necessary for the purposes of the Works under the Agreement.
