Contractual Evaluation. The Resident Educator Program shall not replace the employment evaluation. Evaluation of mentees shall be conducted in accordance with district evaluation procedures. No adverse employment action shall occur solely as a result of the beginning teacher failing to successfully complete the Resident Educator Program except where the member, without justification, fails to substantially comply with the Resident Educator Program.
