Contribution, Regulatory and Other Fees. You shall pay to Bell TV the monthly recurring fees identified from time to time by Bell TV as contribution, regulatory or other required fees and charges, including the contribution fee for the Local Programming Improvement Fund (“LPIF”) equal to an amount not to exceed 1.5 percent of your monthly Bell TV account invoice fees and charges (“Local Programming Contribution Fee”). For all customers who receiv the $5 bundle discount, our billing systems will Plan (defined in Section 4), you will be authorized to receive the Programming Plan only at the Service Address and not at any secondary locations. If you wish to receive the Programming Plan at a location other than the Service Address, you may only do s in accordance with the terms of the RCA given to you by Bell TV at the time of signing this Agreement or by opening another account with Bell TV for a secondary location, and by which you are bound upon subscribing to the Service. You ma request that Bell TV temporarily disconnect the Service (“Vacation Disconnect Period”) in accordance with the RCA. Contribution, Regulatory and Other Fees. You shall pay to Xxxx TV the monthly recurring fees identified from time to time by Xxxx TV as contribution, regulatory or other required fees and charges, including the contrib tion fee for the Local Programming Improvement Fund (“LPIF”) equal to an amount not to exceed 1.5 percent of your monthly Xxxx TV account invoice fees and charges (“Local Programming Contribution Fee”). For all customers who receive the $5 bundle discount, our billing systems will calculate your contribution to the LPIF based on the total amount of your xxxx without the discount. Xxxx TV will apply a credit to your subsequent xxxx in order to correct this discrepancy.   • TUITION AND OTHER FEES 5.1 The Training Provider may determine the tuition fee it charges to any Skills First Student for delivery of programs on the Funded Scope, unless:

These ordered Network Elements and Other Services manual additive NRCs will apply in these states, rather than the charge per LSR. The per-element charges are listed on the Rate Tables in Exhibit C.

  • Independent Contractor; Payment of Taxes and Other Expenses a. Independent Contractor. Contractor or any agent or employee of Contractor shall be deemed at all times to be an independent contractor and is wholly responsible for the manner in which it performs the services and work requested by City under this Agreement. Contractor or any agent or employee of Contractor shall not have employee status with City, nor be entitled to participate in any plans, arrangements, or distributions by City pertaining to or in connection with any retirement, health or other benefits that City may offer its employees. Contractor or any agent or employee of Contractor is liable for the acts and omissions of itself, its employees and its agents. Contractor shall be responsible for all obligations and payments, whether imposed by federal, state or local law, including, but not limited to, FICA, income tax withholdings, unemployment compensation, insurance, and other similar responsibilities related to Contractor’s performing services and work, or any agent or employee of Contractor providing same. Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed as creating an employment or agency relationship between City and Contractor or any agent or employee of Contractor. Any terms in this Agreement referring to direction from City shall be construed as providing for direction as to policy and the result of Contractor’s work only, and not as to the means by which such a result is obtained. City does not retain the right to control the means or the method by which Contractor performs work under this Agreement.

  • Non-Discrimination and Other Requirements A. Section 504 applies only to Contractor who are providing services to members of the public. Contractor shall comply with § 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, which provides that no otherwise qualified handicapped individual shall, solely by reason of a disability, be excluded from the participation in, be denied the benefits of, or be subjected to discrimination in the performance of this Agreement.

  • COMMISSIONS, CHARGES AND OTHER COSTS 23.1. The provision of services is subject to the payment of costs, fees, commissions, charges, taxes, etc (the “Costs”). In addition to those Costs, other costs may be due by the Client directly to third parties. The Client shall be obliged to pay all such costs the commissions, charges and other costs set.   • SETTLEMENT AND OTHER EXPENSES A. The following expenses must be paid at or prior to closing:

  • PAYMENT OF OTHER HOUSING CANCELLATION FEES AND OTHER ASSESSMENTS Except for rental charges, all housing charges, including but not limited to cancellation fees, rekey fees, and any other non-rental housing charge are due and payable when billed.

  • Travel and Other Expenses ODHS shall not reimburse Contractor for any travel or additional expenses under this Contract.
