Your Xxxx. 5.1.1 We will email or send to you your xxxx (according to your preference ticked in this contract) at least every quarter, which will set out: a) the period to which the Xxxx relates; b) the amount of the Fixed Charge (this is charged in advance, meaning that You will pay each month for the following month’s Fixed Charge amount); c) the amount of the Unit Charge, based on: i) the amount of the Heat Supply consumed by Your Home’s Heating System in the previous month, measured in kWh based on any readings of Your Meter (or Our reasonable estimate in accordance with Clause 4.2) including opening and closing meter readings; and ii) the price per kWh payable for the Heat Supply consumed; d) any applicable value added tax; e) any amount We add to recover underpayments or overdue Charges in accordance with Clause 6.3; f) any reasonable and proper costs or charges arising from loss or damage We suffer that was caused by You and for which You are responsible under the terms of this Contract; and g) any other costs or charges made in accordance with the terms of this Contract, h) less any amounts We deduct for overpayments or Service Payments following a Service Failure. Your Xxxx. Electronic bills are rendered eleven times per year. The link to the current xxxx will be e‐mailed to your Wesleyan e‐mail address. Payment is due within thirty days of the “Xxxx Date” listed on the statement. If we receive full payment of the “Amount Due” shown on the xxxx on or before the due date, no late payment penalty will be assessed. A late payment penalty of $200.00 may be assessed if any portion of the “Amount Due” shown on the xxxx remains unpaid after the due date. We may apply payments and credits to the amounts owed on your account in any order that we establish. You are responsible for your account. For any other person to receive the statement notification you must establish that person as an “Authorized Payer” in the Student Account Center section of your portfolio. For any other person to see daily transactions on your account you must grant “guest access” to Student Account within your portfolio.

It reflects monthly recurring charges (usually billed one xxxx cycle in advance) and usage/transaction specific charges (usually billed in the xxxx cycle in which they're incurred). Your xxxx may also include other important notices (for example, changes to this Agreement, to your Service, legal notices, etc.). Your xxxx will only be available via the internet. You are responsible for providing a valid email address for communication.   • SHOP XXXXXXX The Shop Xxxxxxx shall be a County employee as selected by the Union. A list of shop stewards will be kept current and sent by the Union to each department head and to Human Resources. Duties required by the Union of its stewards, except attendance at meetings with the County, supervisory personnel and aggrieved employees arising out of a grievance already initiated by an employee under Article 14 hereof, shall not interfere with their or other employees, regular work assignments as employees of the County. The shop xxxxxxx, or their designee, involved with a particular grievance must be identified at Step 1 of the grievance procedure and will be designated as the only bargaining unit employee who will be able to gather information pertaining to that particular grievance. The Union will make reasonable efforts to control the amount of investigative time spent between the shop xxxxxxx and the aggrieved employee. Meetings scheduled with management and other proper investigative procedures, and attendance at meetings specified in Steps 1 and 2 of the grievance procedure shall be considered hours worked for compensation purposes to the extent such meetings occur during the normal hours of work, and not otherwise. In order to use union leave for this purpose, Shop Stewards must notify the supervisor/department head of meetings and other commitments at the time these are scheduled. Attendance at meetings specified in Step 3 of the grievance procedure shall be considered hours worked during regularly scheduled business hours of the County for the xxxxxxx involved, witnesses and the grievant. The County shall not be liable for any overtime as a result of the meeting. Witnesses and the shop xxxxxxx involved shall be granted leave with pay to the extent their presence at the proceedings is required. If it is a discharge case the grievant shall not be paid except as provided in a remedy awarded.

  • Xxxxxxx Xxxx CareFirst BlueChoice’s Service Area is a clearly defined geographic area in which CareFirst BlueChoice has arranged for the provision of health care services to be generally available and readily accessible to Members. CareFirst BlueChoice will provide the Member with a specific description of the Service Area at the time of enrollment. The Service Area is as follows: the District of Columbia; the state of Maryland; in the Commonwealth of Virginia, the cities of Alexandria and Fairfax, Arlington County, the town of Vienna and the areas of Fairfax and Xxxxxx Xxxxxxxx Counties in Virginia lying east of Route 123. SAMPLE If a Member temporarily lives out of the Service Area (for example, if a Dependent goes to college in another state), the Member may be able to take advantage of the CareFirst BlueChoice Away From Home Program. This Program may allow a Member who resides out of the Service Area for an extended period of time to utilize the benefits of an affiliated Blue Cross and Blue Shield HMO. This Program is not coordination of benefits. A Member who takes advantage of the Away From Home Program will be subject to the rules, regulations and plan benefits of the affiliated Blue Cross and Blue Shield HMO. If the Member makes a permanent move, he/she does not have to wait until the Annual Open Enrollment Period to change plans.
