Contribution Schedule. (a) Sponsor agrees to make a cash contribution to FDA in the total amount stated on pages 22 & 23 of the 2022 Exhibitor Prospectus in a single lump-sum with the submission of this Agreement. Sponsor acknowledges that no part of the sponsorship fee shall be returned to the sponsor.
