Contributions to College Community Relations. 2. The Board recognizes that individuals may present qualifications as to education and experience that the Professional Standards Committee shall adjudge to be equivalent to the above qualifications although not corresponding to them to the letter. In such cases, the Professional Standards Committee shall recommend such individuals to the College President for his/her consideration for the academic rank appropriate.
