Contributions While Disabled32.5 Contributions While Disabled. Where a member becomes disabled and is in receipt of disability income from any Employer-sponsored disability benefit program whether such program is insured or not, that member shall have remitted to the Pension Fund by the Employer the same pension contribution as set out in Article 32.2 above. Such amount would be based on the disability benefit received.
