EFT SERVICES If approved, you may conduct any one (1) or more of the EFT services offered by the Credit Union.
Project Management Services Contractor shall provide business analysis and project management services necessary to ensure technical projects successfully meet the objectives for which they were undertaken. Following are characteristics of this Service:
Telemedicine Services This plan covers clinically appropriate telemedicine services when the service is provided via remote access through an on-line service or other interactive audio and video telecommunications system in accordance with R.I. General Law § 27-81-1. Clinically appropriate telemedicine services may be obtained from a network provider, and from our designated telemedicine service provider. When you seek telemedicine services from our designated telemedicine service provider, the amount you pay is listed in the Summary of Medical Benefits. When you receive a covered healthcare service from a network provider via remote access, the amount you pay depends on the covered healthcare service you receive, as indicated in the Summary of Medical Benefits. Disaster Services In the event of a local, state, or federal emergency, including natural, man- made, criminal, terrorist, and/or bioterrorism events, declared as a state disaster by the Governor, or a federal disaster by the appropriate federal official, Grantee may be called upon to assist the System Agency in providing the following services:
Professional Services Bodily injury" or "property damage" arising out of the rendering of or failure to render profes- sional services;
Contract for Professional Services of Physicians Optometrists, and Registered Nurses In accordance with Senate Bill 799, Acts 2021, 87th Leg., R.S., if Texas Government Code, Section 2254.008(a)(2) is applicable to this Contract, Contractor affirms that it possesses the necessary occupational licenses and experience.
Chiropractic Services This plan covers chiropractic visits up to the benefit limit shown in the Summary of Medical Benefits. The benefit limit applies to any visit for the purposes of chiropractic treatment or diagnosis.
Laboratory Services Covered Services include prescribed diagnostic clinical and anatomic pathological laboratory services and materials when authorized by a Member's PCP and HPN’s Managed Care Program.
Related Services Licensee shall be responsible for obtaining and installing all proper hardware and support software (including operating systems) and for proper installation and implementation of and training concerning the Licensed Software. In the event that Licensee retains Licensor to perform any services with respect to the Licensed Software (for example: installation, implementation, maintenance, consulting and/or training services), Licensee and Licensor agree that such services shall be subject to Licensor’s then current standard terms, conditions and rates for such services unless otherwise agreed in writing by Licensor.
Quality Management System Supplier hereby undertakes, warrants and confirms, and will ensue same for its subcontractors, to remain certified in accordance with ISO 9001 standard or equivalent. At any time during the term of this Agreement, the Supplier shall, if so instructed by ISR, provide evidence of such certifications. In any event, Supplier must notify ISR, in writing, in the event said certification is suspended and/or canceled and/or not continued.
