Controller Services. 11.1. The Parties expressly acknowledge and agree that both Parties are independent Controllers in respect of their respective processing of Controller Services Data, on the basis that each Party determines the purpose and means of processing that data.

Controller Services. Controller Services as used herein shall refer to Customer’s use of the Matterport Services pursuant to the Terms of Use or the Agreement, for which the parties act as independent Controllers.
