Updates to Services. OVHcloud may modify the Services at any time, and may add, modify or remove ranges, options or features, as well as upgrade their performance. The Services are described online on the OVHcloud Website. The Client is responsible for keeping abreast of any updates to the Services, which are immediately applicable to any new Orders. Concerning the Services in use by the Client, the latter shall be informed by email or via its Management Interface of any substantial updates which are of a nature to downgrade said Services, at least seven (7) calendar days before the implementation of said update. Nevertheless, modifications to Third Party Products and urgent cases (such as security risks, or legal or regulatory compliance updates) may result in immediate modifications to the Services. Subject to the article “Condition Specific to Consumers”, in case of an update that degrades existing Services in use by the Client (removal of functionality, performance downgrade, etc.), the Client may terminate the relevant Services by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt, or through a specific form provided in its Management Interface, within thirty (30) days from the date the relevant update is implemented.

During the Initial Term and any Renewal Term, Oracle may update the Services to reflect changes in, among other things, laws, regulations, rules, technology, industry practices, patterns of system use, and availability of Third Party Content. Oracle updates to the Services will not materially reduce the level of performance, functionality, security or availability of the Services during the Term of the Order or SOW.

Concerning the Services in use by the Client, the latter shall be informed by email or via its Management Interface of any substantial updates which are of a nature to downgrade said Services, at least thirty (30) days before their implementation. Nevertheless, modifications to Third Party Products and urgent cases (such as security risks, or legal or regulatory compliance updates) may result in immediate modifications to the Services. In case of any update that downgrades existing Services (removal of functionality, performance downgrade, etc.), the Client may terminate the relevant Services by registered letter sent to OVHcloud address indicated at the section 14.1.3. “Complaints” or through a form provided for in its Management Interface, within four (4) months from the date the relevant update is implemented.
Updates to Services. Unity may update the foregoing designation of Controller Services and Processor Services from time to time, subject to the terms and conditions of the Terms of Service and this DPA.
Updates to Services. AllyCarto may from time to time provide enhancements or improvements to the features/functionality of services, which may include patches, bug fixes, updates, upgrades and other modifications ["Updates"]. • Updates may modify or delete certain features and/or functionalities of the services. You agree that AllyCarto has no obligation to [i] provide any Updates, or [ii] continue to provide or enable any particular features and/or functionalities of services to you. • You further agree that all Updates will be [i] deemed to constitute an integral part of the services, and [ii] subject to the Terms of this Agreement.
Updates to Services. From time to time Supplier may:
(a) modify, limit or discontinue the Services; and
(b) make new features, functionality, applications or tools available in respect of the Services, whose use may be subject to (i) Customer’s acceptance of further terms and conditions and/or (ii) payment of additional fees.
Updates to Services. ADVERTISER acknowledges and agrees that ENGAGE reserves the right, in its sole discretion and without incurring any liability to ADVERTISER, to change, update or modify the Services at any time, and from time to time, without first providing notice to ADVERTISER. ADVERTISER shall not have approval rights over these updates ENGAGE shall keep ADVERTISER reasonably apprised of these updates and shall act in good faith to maintain ADVERTISER’s access to the Services should a change, update or modification interfere with that access.
Updates to Services. 12.1 We have the right, in Our sole discretion, modify, update or revise Services or alter Your access to Services.
12.2 Updates to the Services where You or Licensed Users access Codejig Application in provided executable form (for example, Codejig Builder, Codejig User Portal) will be generally done by Us. We will automatically check Your version of Services and update
12.3 Updates to Services where You receive the source code of Codejig Application (for example, Codejig ERP) and built a derivative work for Your use are to be done by You using the Merge tool of Codejig Builder. You are solely responsible for checking for updates availability and performing the merge of the source code between the updated version of the original Application and Your derivative work regularly. You are not required to perform this kind of update but if You do not do it regularly and later change Your mind, performing the merge with the latest version might become a large and time-consuming task. We do not guarantee the availability of any version of the original Application except the latest one.
12.4 We will inform You about new releases by notification in Codejig User Portal with a link to release notes in which new features and functionality introduced in a new release will be listed together with changes to existing features and issues fixed.
12.5 If Codejig Limited faces the need to maintain the security of Services or comply with its legal obligations, We reserve the right to modify Services immediately and without a prior notice. However, We undertake to notify You as an Administrator about such changes within thirty days after any significant modifications.
12.6 You may express Your disagreement to any changes introduced in Services by discontinuing use of Services to which such changes are applicable. Your continued use of Services will be regarded as an acceptance of such changes.
