Controller and Processor. Each party shall comply with the Data Protection Legislation. The parties acknowledge that, for the purposes of the Agreement and to the extent that We are required to process Personal Data supplied by or on behalf of You (“Your Personal Data”), You shall be the Controller and We shall be the Processor. You will ensure that You are entitled to transfer Your Personal Data to Us so that We (or any member of Our Group involved in the provision of Services to You as a Sub-processor) may lawfully use, process and transfer Your Personal Data in accordance with the Agreement on Your behalf. You will ensure that relevant third parties have been informed of, and given their consent to such use, processing and transfer as required by all Data Protection Legislation. We will ensure that We only process Your Personal Data in accordance with the terms of the Agreement and any lawful instructions given by You from time to time unless We are required to do otherwise by Applicable Law.
