The Parties’ Roles. The parties agree that with regard to the Processing of Personal Data, Customer is the Controller, Okta is the Processor, and that Okta or members of the Okta Group will engage Sub-processors pursuant to the requirements of this DPA.
The Parties’ Roles. The parties agree that with regard to the Processing of Customer Personal Data, Customer is the Controller, Lucky Orange is the Processor, and that Lucky Orange will engage Subprocessors pursuant to the requirements of this DPA.
The Parties’ Roles. Epicor, as Controller, appoints Vendor as a Processor to process the Personal Data on Epicor's behalf. In some circumstances Epicor may be a Processor, in which case Epicor appoints Vendor as Epicor's sub-processor, which shall not change the obligations of either Epicor or Vendor under this DPA, as Vendor will remain a Processor with respect to Epicor in such event. Vendor may engage Sub-processors pursuant to the requirements of this DPA.
The Parties’ Roles. The Parties agree that:
(i) Nielsen Solely Responsible. Nielsen is solely responsible for determining the purposes for which and the manner in which Nielsen Personal Data are, or are to be, processed under this Agreement in the course of TCS performing the Services; TCS will only process Nielsen Personal Data in accordance with written instructions given by Nielsen and in accordance with this Agreement; and

The parties acknowledge and agree that (i) with respect to Customer’s Personal Data and/or SCoPD processed by AAI for the provision of the Service, AAI shall be a Processor (or a ‘service provider’ for purposes of CCPA) and Customer shall be a Controller (or a ‘Business’ for purposes of CCPA), and (ii) with respect to any other Personal Data and/or SCoPD including (without limitation) such data processed for Service Improvement, each party shall be a separate Controller (or a ‘Business’ for purposes of CCPA).
The Parties’ Roles. With respect to the SCCs, to the extent that Company transfers European PI from a European Territory to a Comcast site located in a Restricted Territory, then Company is a data exporter and Company is a data importer. If Company transfers such European PI to Comcast from, outside of a European Territory, then such transfer shall be an onward transfer. In either case, the Parties shall comply with the applicable module of the SCCs.
The Parties’ Roles. The parties agree that with regard to the Processing of Personal Data under EU Applicable Law, Customer is a Data Controller and Alert Logic is a Data Processor. Data Processor shall only process Personal Data on behalf of Data Controller in accordance with and for the purposes set out in the Instructions. Each party shall comply with the obligations applicable to that party under EU Applicable Law. Data Processor shall promptly inform Data Controller if, in Data Controller’s opinion: (i) that Data Processor cannot comply with EU Applicable Law or (ii) that Data Controller’s Instructions violate EU Applicable Law.
The Parties’ Roles. The parties agree that with regard to the Processing of Personal Data, Customer is the Controller, Olono is the Processor, and that Olono or members of the Olono Group will engage Sub-processors pursuant to the requirements of this DPA.
The Parties’ Roles. The Council and Creation Trust will work together in mutual co-operation to further their shared vision.
