Controller, Processor. In relation with any Processing of (Pseudonymised) Personal Data in connection with the performance of the Study-BE by BCC and, as the case may be any Collaborator; it is the understanding of the Parties that BCC shall act as Controller and, as the case may be, the relevant Collaborator shall act as Processor.

The Parties may process the personal data of each other’s personnel solely to the extent necessary for the performance of this Agreement.
