Convening of meetings by requisitionists. If the Issuer does not proceed to cause a meeting to be held within a reasonable period of time after the deposit with the Issuer of a requisition notice, requisitionists who together hold not less than 10% (ten percent) of the aggregate Nominal Amount Outstanding of the Notes for the time being, (unless a lower percentage is specified in the Issuer’s constitutive documents), may themselves convene the meeting, provided that such meeting so convened shall be held within 60 (sixty) Days from the date of delivery of the requisition notice and shall be convened as nearly as possible in the same manner as that in which meetings may be convened by the Issuer. Notice of the meeting shall be required to be given to the Issuer.
