Convention of Meetings. Any single Director shall have the authority to convene a meeting of the Board. The Board shall meet at least quarterly and written notice of each Board meeting shall be given no less than thirty (30) Business Days in advance of the proposed meeting (which period may be waived by Directors sufficient to represent a quorum under the terms hereof, either through a written waiver or by actual attendance, without objection, at such Board meeting).
