Conventional Program. Florida Housing is permitted to provide DPA to homebuyers using both Xxxxxx Xxx and Xxxxxxx Mac mortgage loans. These mortgage loans will be underwritten and serviced in conformance with all applicable guidelines and will be pooled and certificated as UMBS securities. Florida Housing has used the TBA Program for the substantial majority of its conventional loans over the past five years.

  • Educational Program Section 1: Employees covered by this Agreement will receive the university fee authorization program and dependent fee authorization program as currently in effect and as may be determined during the term of this agreement.

  • Computer Equipment Recycling Program If this Contract is for the purchase or lease of computer equipment, then Contractor certifies that it is in compliance with Subchapter Y, Chapter 361 of the Texas Health and Safety Code related to the Computer Equipment Recycling Program and the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality rules in 30 TAC Chapter 328.

  • Procurement of Goods and Services (a) If the HSP is subject to the procurement provisions of the BPSAA, the HSP will abide by all directives and guidelines issued by the Management Board of Cabinet that are applicable to the HSP pursuant to the BPSAA.
