Florida Housing definition

Florida Housing or “FHFC” means the Florida Housing Finance Corporation as created by the Act.

• Florida Housing may terminate the Agreement, without cause, at any time upon 24-hour written notice delivered by courier service or electronic mail to the Grantee, from the date sent from Florida Housing.
