  • Florida Housing may exercise any other rights or remedies that may be otherwise available under law.

  • If Florida Housing provides a Cure Period, Florida Housing will notify the Grantee of the length of the Cure Period in the Notice of Default.

  • The Grantee shall refund to Florida Housing any funds not spent in accordance with the conditions of this Agreement or applicable law.
