Florida Housing definition

Florida Housing or “FHFC” means the Florida Housing Finance Corporation as created by the Act.

  • If Florida Housing provides a Cure Period, Florida Housing will notify the Grantee of the length of the Cure Period in the Notice of Default.

  • The Grantee shall refund to Florida Housing any funds not spent in accordance with the conditions of this Agreement or applicable law.
