Conventions, Conferences, Workshops and Seminars. It is agreed that official representatives named by the Union be granted leave of absence without pay to attend Union workshops, seminars, conferences or conventions of the Union and its affiliates; provided not more than eight (8) Union representatives shall be away at any one (1) time. Such leave of absence shall not affect the employee's seniority and/or benefits contained in this Agreement.
