Conversion of Banked Time Sample Clauses

Conversion of Banked Time. Employees may request conversion of banked time to cash at any time during the year. Such conversion shall be granted subject to the availability of budgeted funds. Such compensation shall be paid at the regular rate at the time such payment is made. It will not be made during any period in which the regular rate is increased due to special compensation (e.g., non-regularly assigned bonus). No employee shall lose banked time under any circumstances.

  • Conversion of Hours where an employee is granted vacation pursuant to this article, and where the regularly scheduled workday is greater than seven hours per day, the annual vacation entitlement shall be converted to hours on the basis of a seven-hour day and deducted accordingly.

  • Banked Time Overtime & Time Balancing Overtime is earned when the Company requests an employee to work overtime. Banked straight time is earned when an employee requests approval to work additional hours for the purpose of accruing time for time balancing purposes, there is an operational requirement for the work to be done, and the Manager approves the banked straight time in advance.
