The competent governmental authority of the exporting Party shall provide to the customs authorities of the importing Party with specimen impression of stamps used for the issuing of Certificate of Origin, and the specimen of the stamp of “ORIGINAL” from Chile, and with the address of the competent governmental authorities.

Cooperation and Mutual Assistance. Both Parties will co-operate in good faith to avoid and mitigate Data Privacy Claims keeping in consideration the rights of affected data subjects and the reputation and brand of each Party. Each Party agrees to mitigate its losses in relation to any such Data Privacy Claims. In the event of a Data Privacy Claim, both Parties agree to provide each other reasonable assistance in investigating, mitigating, and resolving such Data Privacy Claim. Any information and materials exchanged or discovered in the course of investigations, mitigation and resolution will be considered Confidential Information of the disclosing Party as set forth in section 8 of Schedule A of these General Terms and may not be disclosed by the receiving Party except as permitted in section 7 (Confidentiality).

In order to ensure the proper application of this Chapter, the Parties shall assist each other, in checking the authenticity of Cer- tificate of Origin and the correctness of the information given in this certificate and supporting documents as established in para- graph 3 of Article 30 and may use electronic means in this pro- cess. 3. The customs authorities of the Parties shall negotiate a Mutual Administrative Assistance Agreement that will cover rel- evant customs issues.
Cooperation and Mutual Assistance. All the treaties include an explicit or implicit article in which the parties commit to cooperate and lend each other assistance in matters pertaining to the treaty. However, cooperation between the parties is even more important in dire circumstances, such as natural disasters or pandemics, or other force majeure cases.   • Training Assistance (a) Employees shall be reimbursed for one hundred percent (100%) of the tuition for job-related courses approved by the Employer.
