Exporting Party definition

Exporting Party means the Party from whose production oversight system a Civil Aeronautical Product is exported.

Examples of Exporting Party in a sentence

  • The Importing Party may seek assistance from the Exporting Party in the final processing and delivery of an airworthiness certificate when the aircraft has completed its manufacturing cycle, has been entered on the importing country’s registry, and has subsequently been granted an Export Certificate of Airworthiness by the Exporting Party.

  • In the case where the Importing Party issues an approval, the approval shall be forwarded directly to the holder, and at the same time, a copy provided to the Exporting Party.

  • Airworthiness determinations remain the responsibility of the design holder and/or manufacturer and the Exporting Party.
