Cooperation on Safety. The Union and the Employer shall cooperate in promoting and improving rules and practices which promote an occupational environment which will enhance the physiological and psychological conditions of Employees and which will provide protection from factors adverse to Employee health and safety. There shall be no discrimination, no penalty, no intimidation and no coercion when Employees comply with this Health and Safety Article.
