Cooperation on Safety. (a) Both parties shall provide representation to the district Occupational Health and Safety Committee(s) in accordance with WCB regulations. (b) This committee will meet and make recommendations to the Board, with a copy to the Union, on unsafe, hazardous or dangerous conditions with the aim of preventing and reducing risk of injury or illness. (c) Copy of minutes shall be sent to the Union and the Board.
