COOPERATION POLICIES. The Community and Serbia shall establish a close cooperation aimed at contributing to the development and growth potential of Serbia. Such cooperation shall strengthen existing economic links on the widest possible foundation, to the benefit of both Parties.
COOPERATION POLICIES. The Community and the former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia shall establish a close cooperation aimed at contributing to the development and growth potential of the former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia. COOPERATION POLICIES. The EU and Kosovo shall establish close cooperation aimed at contributing to the development and growth potential of Kosovo. Such cooperation shall strengthen existing economic links on the widest possible foundation, to the benefit of both Parties. Policies and other measures shall be designed to bring about sustainable economic and social development of Kosovo. These policies shall ensure that environmental and climate considerations are also fully incorporated from the outset and that they are linked to the requirements of harmonious social development. Cooperation policies shall be integrated into a regional framework of cooperation. Special attention shall be devoted to measures that can xxxxxx cooperation between Kosovo and its neighbouring countries, thus contributing to regional stability. The SAC shall define priorities between and within the cooperation policies described in this Title.

  • Union Policy Grievance The Union may institute a grievance consisting of an allegation of a general misinterpretation or a violation by the Employer of this Agreement in writing at Step Number 2 of the grievance procedure, providing that it is presented within ten (10) working days after the circumstances giving rise to the grievance have originated or occurred. However, it is expressly understood that the provisions of this clause may not be used to institute a grievance directly affecting an employee or employees which such employee or employees could themselves initiate as an individual or group grievance and the regular grievance procedure shall not be thereby bypassed.

  • NO LEMON POLICY This Agreement provides that following the expiration of the term of the Covered Product’s manufacturer’s warranty, and subject to Our Limit of Liability, after three (3) service repairs have been completed for the Covered Product for the same problem, as determined in Our sole discretion, in lieu of performing a fourth (4th) repair on the Covered Product, We may replace it with a product of like kind or similar features, or issue a check to You in an amount not to exceed the remaining limit of liability as determined in accordance with the section titled “LIMIT OF LIABILITY.” If We replace the Covered Product, all Our obligations for the Covered Product under this Agreement terminate.

  • Cancellation Policy In the event that you must cancel your reservation, please be aware that cancellations must be in writing and must occur at least 60 days prior to arrival date.   • Policies and Procedures i) The policies and procedures of the designated employer apply to the employee while working at both sites. ii) Only the designated employer shall have exclusive authority over the employee in regard to discipline, reporting to the College of Nurses of Ontario and/or investigations of family/resident complaints. iii) The designated employer will ensure that the employee is covered by WSIB at all times, regardless of worksite, while in the employ of either home. iv) The designated employer will ensure that the employee is covered by liability insurance at all times, regardless of worksite, while in the employ of either home. v) The designated employer shall have exclusive authority over the employee’s personnel files and health records. These files will be maintained on the site of the designated employer.
