Cooperation with the Inspector General. Pursuant to section 20.055(5), Florida Statutes, contractor and any subcontractors understand and will comply with their duty to cooperate with the inspector general in any investigation, audit, inspection, review, or hearing.

Cooperation with the Inspector General. It is the duty of every subcontractor to cooperate with the inspector general in any investigation, audit, inspection, review, or hearing pursuant to this subgrant agreement. Chapter 20.055(5), F.S.
Cooperation with the Inspector General. Pursuant to subsection 20.055(5), F.S., the Contractor understands and will comply with its duty to cooperate with the Inspector General in any investigation, audit, inspection, review, or hearing. This Amendment sets forth the entire understanding between the Parties with regard to the subject matter hereof. 7. This Amendment is effective on the last date of execution.
