Common use of Coordinated Engagement Clause in Contracts

Coordinated Engagement. To the maximum extent practicable, the Lessee must coordinate engagement activities for Tribes and parties (see Section 3.1.1) with other regional lessees and document their activities in the Progress Report. Lessee(s) must design coordinated engagement activities to decrease the communication and consultation burden on Tribes and parties. XXXX appreciates that not all engagement can be coordinated.
