Pre-Survey Meeting(s) with the Lessor. At least 60 days prior to the initiation of survey activities in support of the submission of a plan (i.e., SAP and/or COP), the Lessee must hold a pre-survey meeting with the Lessor to discuss the applicable proposed survey plan and timelines. The Lessee must ensure the presence of a Qualified Marine Archaeologist at this meeting (See 4.2.2).‌

The Lessee must ensure the presence at this meeting of any relevant subject matter experts, as requested by the Lessor.
