COPYING RESTRICTIONS. You may copy the Software onto your iPad, iPhone, iPod, Smartphone with Android OS or Tablet with Android OS, and you may make one (1) copy of the Software for backup or archival purposes. You agree that (i) your use and possession of such copies shall be solely under the terms and conditions of this Agreement, and (ii) you shall place the same proprietary and copyright notices and legends on all such copies as included by Scosche Industries on any media embodying an authorized copy of the Software originally provided by Scosche Industries. Except as described in this paragraph, you are not permitted to copy the Software.

COPYING RESTRICTIONS. Your license is limited to the use of only a single copy of the RDP programs installed on one computer, accessing a single RDP database. Additional RDP licenses must be purchased for each additional RDP database accessed by the RDP programs. If the multi-user version of the software product is purchased, you may install the single copy of the RDP programs on a Novell NetWare or Windows NT fileserver. You may then access this single copy of the programs, accessing the same RDP database, from an unlimited number of workstations. Unauthorized copying of the RDP product (including products that have been modified, merged, or included with other software) and the acquisition and use of unauthorized copies of the RDP product may subject you to both criminal and civil prosecution resulting in your having to pay fines, damages, and RDP's attorneys' fees. RDP has the right to terminate the license created by this agreement and to take legal action if the terms of this agreement are breached. RDP has the right to trace serial numbers at any time and in any reasonable manner.

Such copy shall include in readable format any and all proprietary and copyright notices contained on the original. Other than as contained in this agreement You may not copy the SOFTWARE PRODUCT, including any documentation. All such copies of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT are the proprietary information of Investintech and its suppliers and are subject to their copyrights. Title - Investintech and its suppliers retain all title to the SOFTWARE PRODUCT, and all copies thereof, and no title to the SOFTWARE PRODUCT, or any intellectual property in the SOFTWARE PRODUCT, is transferred to You. Limitations on Reverse Engineering, Decompilation, and Disassembly - You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the SOFTWARE PRODUCT, or otherwise attempt to derive source code from the SOFTWARE PRODUCT. Separation of Components - The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is licensed as a single product. Its component parts may not be separated for use on more than one Server. Transfer - You may not rent, lease, sublicense or otherwise transfer all or any portion of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT or authorize any Use of the Software by any other person except as expressly permitted hereby. User Interface - You may not incorporate a graphical user interface or any interface of any kind in conjunction with the SOFTWARE PRODUCT. Combination of Components - In conjunction with the prohibition against separation of components of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT, noted above, You may not create or add components to be used in combination with the SOFTWARE PRODUCT, if any purpose of such combination is to package, repackage, sell, resell, rent, sub-rent, lease or sublease any portion of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT to any third party to this XXXX. Prevention of Unauthorized Use - You shall not knowingly permit anyone to use any portion of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT, (a) for the purpose of deriving its source code, or (b) for purposes other than as authorized in this XXXX. END-USER COMPLIANCE - You agree to use all reasonable efforts to ensure that persons employed by You or under Your direction and control abide by the terms and conditions of this XXXX. In the event that You become aware that the SOFTWARE PRODUCT is being used by such persons in a manner not authorized by this XXXX, You shall immediately notify Investintech in writing of such facts and You shall immediately use all reasonable efforts to have such unauthorized use of the SOFTWARE...

Each party further agrees: (i) to use or copy (in whole or in part) Confidential Information of the Disclosing Party only for the purposes of this Agreement or as otherwise expressly permitted by this Agreement; and (ii) to reproduce and maintain such proprietary legends or notices as are contained in or on the original or as the Disclosing Party may otherwise reasonably request on any copies of any Confidential Information.
