Copyright and Proprietary Rights. The Product and the content contained therein are the sole property of Curriculum Associates and its licensors and are protected by United States and International Copyright laws. All copyright, trademark, and other proprietary rights in the Product and in the software, text, graphics, design elements, audio, music and all other materials contained in i‐Ready are reserved by Curriculum Associates and its licensors. The District may not use the Product in any manner that infringes the proprietary rights of any person or entity.

Copyright and Proprietary Rights. The Licensed Materials, the Web Site and any related trademarks or service marks are owned by NSBA and are protected by federal copyright and trademark laws and applicable international authorities. The Licensee acknowledges that its use of or access to the Licensed Materials and Website does not confer on it or any Authorized User any ownership rights or other proprietary interest therein. Licensee shall take no action that is inconsistent with NSBA’s ownership rights and interests.

Copyright and Proprietary Rights. You acknowledge and agree that Physician Gateway and the Confidential Information is the property of Mass General Xxxxxxx or its licensors, and are protected by United States and international copyright law, trademark law, and trade secret law, as well as other state, federal and international laws and regulations. Except as expressly provided in this Agreement, Mass General Xxxxxxx does not grant any rights to you under any patents, copyrights, trademarks or trade secret information. Accordingly, unauthorized use of Physician Gateway or the Confidential Information may violate patent laws, copyright laws, trademark laws, trade secret laws, laws pertaining to privacy and publicity rights or other laws or regulations. The copying, redistribution, use or publication by you of any part of Physician Gateway or the Confidential Information is strictly prohibited. Mass General Xxxxxxx shall have the right to use and incorporate into Physician Gateway any feedback and input provided by you, for any purpose, including the improvement of Physician Gateway and other research, educational and patient care purposes. Without limiting the generality or effect of other provisions of this Agreement, as a condition of use, you agree to indemnify, hold harmless, and defend Mass General Xxxxxxx and its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers and their officers, directors, affiliates, subcontractors, agents and employees (collectively, “Indemnified Parties” and each, individually, an “Indemnified Party”) against all costs, expenses, liabilities and damages (including reasonable attorney’s fees) incurred by any Indemnified Party in connection with any third party claims arising out of: (i) your use of Physician Gateway; (ii) your failure to comply with any applicable laws and regulations; and (iii) your breach of any of its obligations set forth in this Agreement. You shall not settle any such claim without the written consent of the applicable Indemnified Party.
Copyright and Proprietary Rights. The entire contents of the web edition of Applied Spectroscopy are copyrighted by SAS under the Copyright Law of the US (Title 17, U.S. Code), which is party to both the Universal Copyright Convention and the Berne Copyright Convention. The Customer shall treat the Software as confidential information of Dynamatix and its licensors.
