Core Occupations. The following jobs have been identified as "Core Occupations" for the purposes of Clause 6.10: Cold Draw Operator Xxxxxx Straighteners (#1,#2 & #4) Operator Mac Hemp Straightener (#3) Draw Bench Operators (#1, #2, #3) Inspector Final "A" Operator - Bright Anneal Furnace Yard Services Conductor Utility Person 8" Mill Tool Attendant Operator - ERW Pipe Mill 8" Finish Ultrasonic Operator Inspector Final "A" ERW/SRM Operator - Finishing Line (5 per shift) Steel Handler (1 per shift) Quality Control SRM Assistant Operator Operator Shell Processing Roll Attendant Operator - SRM Mill Operator - ERW Mill Co-ordinator - Finish Floor ITEM 18 Letter of Agreement re: Preferential Seniority - Clause 6.12 In applying the provisions of Clause 6.12 during a reduction of working forces, an employee, who holds one of the specified Union positions, other than Department Xxxxxxx, who on the basis of his actual seniority and subject to Clause 6.02, would be laid off work under the provisions of Clause 6.08, will be deemed to have preferential seniority to the extent that he will be placed, subject to Clause 6.02, on the available job held by another employee who has the least seniority in the Plant. In the case of an employee who holds the position of Department Xxxxxxx on a shift, who on the basis of his actual seniority and subject to Clause 6.02, would be transferred off of such shift in accordance with the provisions of Clause 6.08, he will be deemed to have preferential seniority to the extent that he will be placed, subject to Clause 6.02, on the available job on such shift held by another employee who has the least seniority on such shift. It is further agreed that the granting of preferential seniority to the employees specified above shall not be considered further for the purposes of Clause 6.09 and shall not be used to deny any other employees of their entitlement under the terms of this Agreement.

  • Physical/Occupational Therapy This plan covers physical and occupational therapy when: • ordered by a physician; • received from a licensed physical or occupational therapist; • a program is implemented to provide habilitative or rehabilitative services. See Autism Services when physical therapy and occupational therapy services are rendered as part of the treatment of autism spectrum disorder. The amount you pay and any benefit limit will be the same whether the services are provided for habilitative or rehabilitative purposes.

  • POSSESSION AND OCCUPATION 12.1 The Purchaser shall be placed in possession of the Property on the Transfer Date or the Occupation Date, whichever is the earlier, from which date the Purchaser will be entitled to all income and be liable for all expenses pertaining to the Property.

Immediately prior to such partial occupancy or use, the OWNER and Contractor shall jointly inspect the area to be occupied or portion of the Work to be used in order to determine and record the condition of the Work. The use or occupancy of a portion of the Work by OWNER or its other contractors to inspect and/or correct defective workmanship or install furniture, fixtures, or equipment or other work shall not be considered as use and occupancy. Unless otherwise agreed upon, partial occupancy or use of a portion or portions of the Work shall not constitute acceptance of Work not complying with the requirements of the Contract Documents.

  • Period of Occupancy The student may occupy an assigned room at the time specified by the university each semester. If the student fails to occupy the room by 5:00 p.m. on the first day of classes, the university reserves the right to reassign the space or initiate a contract cancellation. However, failure to occupy an assigned space does not automatically release the student from contractual obligation. Occupancy of the room must be relinquished at the completion of the contract. University housing facilities are closed during the periods between semesters, the Thanksgiving holiday and spring break. Residents who are not graduating are required to check out of their residence halls within 24 hours after their last exam but no later than 5:00p.m. on the last day of the exam schedule.

  • Owner Occupancy Participant(s) agree to maintain the property as their primary residence during the term of this Agreement, any extensions thereof, or until closeout, documentation is approved by NCORR. If during the term of the Grant Agreement, Participant(s) (1) use the property as an investment property (2) convert the structure to an ineligible structure type or use, or (3) uses the property as a recreational house or “second” home, then NCORR may require immediate payment in full of the entire grant amount provided to the Participant(s). Participant(s) agree that if during the term of this Agreement, any extensions thereof or prior to closeout, Participant(s) sell part or all of the property without NCORR’s prior written consent, then NCORR may require payment in full the amount of the Grant outstanding at the time of sale.

  • PARTIAL OCCUPANCY OR USE § 9.9.1 The Owner may occupy or use any completed or partially completed portion of the Work at any stage when such portion is designated by separate agreement with the Design-Builder, provided such occupancy or use is consented to, by endorsement or otherwise, by the insurer providing property insurance and authorized by public authorities having jurisdiction over the Project. Such partial occupancy or use may commence whether or not the portion is substantially complete, provided the Owner and Design-Builder have accepted in writing the responsibilities assigned to each of them for payments, retainage, if any, security, maintenance, heat, utilities, damage to the Work and insurance, and have agreed in writing concerning the period for correction of the Work and commencement of warranties required by the Design-Build Documents. When the Design-Builder considers a portion substantially complete, the Design-Builder shall prepare and submit a list to the Owner as provided under Section 9.8.2. Consent of the Design-Builder to partial occupancy or use shall not be unreasonably withheld. The stage of the progress of the Work shall be determined by written agreement between the Owner and Design-Builder.

  • Safe Operations Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, an NTO may take, or cause to be taken, such action with respect to the operation of its facilities as it deems necessary to maintain Safe Operations. To ensure Safe Operations, the local operating rules of the ITO(s) shall govern the connection and disconnection of generation with NTO transmission facilities. Safe Operations include the application and enforcement of rules, procedures and protocols that are intended to ensure the safety of personnel operating or performing work or tests on transmission facilities.

  • NUMBER OF OCCUPANTS Tenant agrees that the House shall be occupied by no more than [Total Number of Occupants] persons, including no more than [Maximum Number of Children] under the age of eighteen (18) years, without the prior written consent of Landlord.
