Corporate Identity and Signage. The parties acknowledge that the Authority may, from time to time during the Construction Phase, be required to procure the erection of hoarding, site boards, plaques and/or other signage in connection with the Project. Accordingly: where requested by the Authority (acting reasonably), Project Co shall procure the erection and maintenance of such hoarding, site boards, plaques and/or other signage as the Authority may require; and the size, design, information disclosed, position and materials used in connection with such hoarding, site boards, plaques or other signage shall be approved by the Authority, such approval not to be unreasonably withheld[; and for the purposes of this Clause 12.4 (Corporate Identity and Signage), the Authority shall be deemed to be acting reasonably where any proposals made by it and/or any approvals exercised by it conform with any relevant guidance issued to NHS Boards by the Scottish Government Health Directorate (or any successor Department) in relation to such matters whether by Executive Letter or otherwise].   • Vendor Identity and Contact Information It is Vendor’s sole responsibility to ensure that all identifying vendor information (name, EIN, d/b/a’s, etc.) and contact information is updated and current at all times within the TIPS eBid System and the TIPS Vendor Portal.   • Project or Building Name and Signage Landlord shall have the right at any time to change the name of the Project or Building and to install, affix and maintain any and all signs on the exterior and on the interior of the Project or Building as Landlord may, in Landlord’s sole discretion, desire.
