Reviewable Design Data definition

Reviewable Design Data means the Design Data listed at Section 5 (Reviewable Design Data) of Schedule Part 6 (Construction Matters);
Reviewable Design Data means the plans, drawings, documents and information relating to the Works listed in Appendix A to the Review Procedure;
Reviewable Design Data means the plans, drawings, documents and information relating to Asset Provision listed in Schedule 6 (Design Review Procedure);

  • With effect from the date on which any item of Reviewable Design Data is or becomes an Approved RDD Item in accordance with the Review Procedure, the Contractor may proceed with the construction of the relevant part or parts of the Works (subject to the need to submit any associated Reviewable Design Data to review) in accordance with that Approved RDD Item.

  • The Contractor shall procure that the Building Contractor establishes and maintains a computerised design database which the Contractor’s Representative and the Authority’s Representative may access remotely by computer to view drawings comprised within the Design Data (including Reviewable Design Data) and electronically store and print copies of such Design Data.

  • Any areas that do remain outstanding will, where relevant, be dealt with under the Reviewable Design Data and procedures as set out in the Review Procedure.

  • The Contractor shall establish and maintain a computerised design database or shall procure that a computerised design database is established and maintained, throughout the Contract Period which the Contractor's Representative and the Authority's Representative may access remotely by computer to view drawings comprised within the Design Data (including Reviewable Design Data) and electronically store and print copies of such Design Data.

  • The Contractor shall develop and finalise the design and specification of the Works and the Authority may review the Reviewable Design Data in accordance with the Review Procedure and the provisions of this clause 14.

  • Each submission under the Review Procedure shall be accompanied by a copy of the proposed document to be reviewed (including, where applicable, any Reviewable Design Data) or a statement of the proposed course of action (the entire contents of a submission being referred to in this Schedule Part 7 (Review Procedure) as a "Submitted Item").

  • Any Submitted Item which is returned or deemed to have been returned by the Authority's Representative endorsed "no comment" (and in the case of Reviewable Design Data, endorsed "Level A - no comment") shall be complied with or implemented (as the case may be) by xxxxx.

  • Approved RDD With effect from the date on which any item of Reviewable Design Data is or becomes an Approved RDD Item in accordance with the Review Procedure, the Contractor may proceed with the construction of the relevant part or parts of the Works (subject to the need to submit any associated Reviewable Design Data to review) in accordance with that Approved RDD Item.

  • The Contractor shall submit the Reviewable Design Data and the design of any variations developed in accordance with clause 15 (Changes to the Works) to the Authority’s Representative for review under the Review Procedure.

  • The Contractor shall not commence or permit the commencement of the construction of the part or parts of the Works to which any Reviewable Design Data relate until it has submitted the relevant Reviewable Design Data for review and is entitled to proceed in accordance with the Review Procedure.


More Definitions of Reviewable Design Data

Reviewable Design Data means, in respect of any Design Plan for a stage of design or development which requires Steering Committee Approval, all relevant documentation (including, without limitation, a design development report) which is required to be submitted to the Steering Committee for Design Review and which is necessary for the Steering Committee to make informed decisions in respect of the Design Plans in respect of such stage recommended by Development Manager;
Reviewable Design Data means the hubco Design Data listed at Section 5 of Schedule Part 5 (Construction Matters) relating to the hubco Designed Portion82 "Schedule of Defects" has the meaning given in Clause 17.2
Reviewable Design Data as defined in clause 1.1 of the Project Agreement;

Related to Reviewable Design Data

  • Research record means any data, document, computer file, computer diskette, or any other written or non-written account or object that reasonably may be expected to provide evidence or information regarding the proposed, conducted, or reported research that constitutes the subject of an allegation of research misconduct. A research record includes, but is not limited to, grant or contract applications, whether funded or unfunded; grant or contract progress and other reports; laboratory notebooks; notes; correspondence; videos; photographs; X-ray film; slides; biological materials; computer files and printouts; manuscripts and publications; equipment use logs; laboratory procurement records; animal facility records; human and animal subject protocols; consent forms; medical charts; and patient research files.

  • Project Management Report means each report prepared in accordance with Section 4.02 of this Agreement;

  • Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database means the primary Government repository for Contractor information required for the conduct of business with the Government.

  • technical specification means a document that prescribes technical requirements to be fulfilled by a product, process or service;

  • Contract Monitor means the Department employee identified in Section 1.6 of the IFB as the Contract Monitor.

  • Design Manual means the MOHLTC design manual or manuals in effect and applicable to the development, upgrade, retrofit, renovation or redevelopment of the Home or Beds subject to this Agreement.

  • Program Materials means the documents and information provided by the Program Administrator specifying the qualifying EEMs, technology requirements, costs and other Program requirements, which include, without limitation, program guidelines and requirements, application forms and approval letters.

  • Deliverables means the goods, services, and work product, including all reports and project documentation, required to be provided by Grantee to the System Agency.

  • Technical Specifications A specification in a document defining the characteristics of a product or a service, such as the quality levels, the environmental and climate performance levels, the design for all needs, including accessibility for people with disabilities, and the evaluation of conformity, of product performance, of the use of the product, safety or dimensions, as well as requirements applicable to the product as regards the name by which it is sold, terminology, symbols, testing and test methods, packaging, marking or labelling, instructions for use, the production processes and methods at every stage in the life cycle of the supply or service, as well as the evaluation and conformity procedures;

  • Contractor Project Manager means the employee identified in a Statement of Work as the Contractor project manager.

  • Protocols means written directions and orders, consistent with the department’s standard of care, that are to be followed by an emergency medical care provider in emergency and nonemergency situations. Protocols must be approved by the service program’s medical director and address the care of both adult and pediatric patients.

  • MSAA Indicator Technical Specifications document means, as the context requires, either or both of the document entitled “Multi-Sector Service Accountability Agreement (MSAA) 2019-20 Indicator Technical Specifications November 5, 2018 Version 1.3” and the document entitled “Multi-Sector Service Accountability Agreement (MSAA) 2019-20 Target and Corridor-Setting Guidelines” as they may be amended or replaced from time to time;

  • Electronic Subcontracting Reporting System (eSRS) means the Governmentwide, electronic, web-based system for small business subcontracting program reporting. The eSRS is located at http://www.esrs.gov.

  • Technical Report means a report prepared and filed in accordance with this Instrument and Form 43-101F1 Technical Report that includes, in summary form, all material scientific and technical information in respect of the subject property as of the effective date of the technical report; and

  • Contractor Software means software which is proprietary to the Contractor, including software which is or will be used by the Contractor for the purposes of providing the Services.

  • Project Implementation Manual or “PIM” means the manual setting out the measures required for the implementation of the Project, as the same may be amended from time to time, subject to prior approval of the Association;

  • Encounter Data Any Contractor accessing payments for services through the Global Commitment to Health Waiver and Vermont Medicaid programs must provide encounter data to the Agency of Human Services and/or its departments and ensure that it can be linked to enrollee eligibility files maintained by the State.

  • Project Manual means the volume usually assembled for the Work which may include the bidding requirements, sample forms, and other Contract Documents.

  • APIs means SAP application programming interface and accompanying or related Documentation, source code, tools, executable applications, libraries, subroutines, widgets and other materials made available by SAP or through SAP tools or SAP Software Development Kit (and all derivative works or modifications thereof) to Provider that allow Provider to integrate the Provider Service with the Cloud Service, including any access code, authentication keys or similar mechanisms to enable access of the APIs.

  • Detailed manufacturing or process data means technical data that describe the steps, sequences, and conditions of manufacturing, processing or assembly used by the manufacturer to produce an item or component or to perform a process.

  • Clinical record means a legible electronic or hard-copy history that documents the criteria established for medical records as set forth in rule 441—79.3(249A). A claim form or billing statement does not constitute a clinical record.

  • Client Application means an application developed by Licensee that a) utilizes the Runtime Product, b) is installed fully on an end user’s machine, with all report processing local to that machine, and c) adds significant and primary functionality to the Runtime Product.

  • Study Data shall have the meaning set forth in Section 8.1.

  • Technical Bid means the bid submitted online through the electronic bidding platform, containing the documents as listed out in Clause 2.5.2 of this RFP;

  • Baseline data means information gathered at a selected point in time and used thereafter as a basis from which to monitor change.

  • Development Report means a written account of Licensee’s progress under the Development Plan having at least the information specified on Appendix B to this Agreement, and shall be sent to the address specified on Appendix B.
