Correction of Inaccuracies. Each teacher shall have a period of thirty (30) days after the posting of the seniority list in which to advise the Board or its agent(s) and the CLFA, in writing, of any inaccuracies which affect the teacher's seniority. The Board or its agent(s) shall investigate all reported inaccuracies and make such adjustments as may be in order and shall post the updated seniority list immediately. No protest shall be considered after thirty (30) days of the posting of the seniority list and the list shall be considered as final until the next posting.
