Correction of Manifest Errors. The Company and the Trustee may correct typographical, clerical and other manifest errors in this Indenture, provided that such correction will in the opinion of counsel to the Trustee in no way prejudice the rights of the Trustee or of the Warrantholders under this Indenture, and the Company and the Trustee may execute and deliver all such documents as may be necessary to correct such errors.

Correction of Manifest Errors. In the event of any manifest error or errors in the completion of this Agreement, the Authority or the Contractor (as the case may be) shall, by written notice to the other, correct any such manifest error or errors and, in the event of any dispute between the parties, such dispute shall be resolved in accordance with condition 9.1 of the Conditions of Contract.

  • Correction of Errors Contractor shall perform, at its own cost and expense and without reimbursement from the District, any work necessary to correct errors or omissions which are caused by the Contractor’s failure to comply with the standard of care required herein.
