Correctional Counselors. a. Employees shall be provided thirteen (13) hours of training per calendar quarter. This training shall be scheduled by management for each employee and shall be issued to the employee no later than fourteen (14) days prior to the beginning of the work period. This training will not be scheduled on an employee’s RDO.
