Cost Breakdown and Budget. The Borrower shall submit, for approval by Lender, complete plans for the Development and a detailed cost breakdown and budget of the work entailed in the Development showing the total costs involved (both direct and indirect) (collectively, the “Development Budget”), which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld or delayed. Following approval by Lender, the Development Budget shall not be changed in any material respect without the prior written consent of Lender.

Cost Breakdown and Budget. Borrower shall have furnished to Lender a complete and current breakdown of the costs and expenses of development and construction of the Project and a detailed Budget.
Cost Breakdown and Budget. With respect to the Improvements, no later than 10 days before the Funding Date (i) a detailed breakdown of the cost of constructing the Improvements ("Cost Breakdown"); and (ii) an itemization and schedule of disbursements of all costs anticipated by Borrower incident to the Improvements (including developer, contractor and/or other incentive fees), the Project and the construction of the Improvements through the Maturity Date of the Loan (together, the " Aggregate Cost"), and all cost amounts funded and to be funded from equity contributions of Borrower or others. Loan funds shall be allocated and disbursed as determined by Administrative Agent in accordance with the Budget.

  • Business Plan and Budget As soon as available, but in any event within sixty (60) days after the end of each fiscal year of the Borrower, an annual business plan and budget of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries on a Consolidated basis, including forecasts prepared by management of the Borrower, in form reasonably satisfactory to the Lender, of Consolidated balance sheets and statements of income or operations and cash flows of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries on a fiscal year basis and, in the case of such forecasted statements of income, on a fiscal quarterly basis for the immediately following fiscal year. As to any information contained in materials furnished pursuant to Section 6.02(f), the Borrower shall not be separately required to furnish such information under Section 6.01(a) or (b) above, but the foregoing shall not be in derogation of the obligation of the Borrower to furnish the information and materials described in Sections 6.01(a) and (b) above at the times specified therein.

  • Project Budget A Project Budget shall be prepared and maintained by Grantee. The Project Budget shall detail all costs for which the Grant will be used during the Term. The Project Budget must be approved in writing by the Project Monitor. Grantee shall carry out the Project and shall incur costs and make disbursements of funds provided hereunder by the Sponsor only in conformity with the Project Budget. The current approved Project Budget is contained in Attachment “C”. Said Project Budget may be revised from time to time, but no Project Budget or revision thereof shall be effective unless and until the same is approved in writing by Project Monitor. The funds granted under this Grant Contract cannot be used to supplant (replace) other existing funds.

  • Budget Consulting Engineer/Architect shall advise City if, in its opinion, the amount budgeted for construction is not sufficient to adequately design and construct the improvement as requested.

  • Development Budget Attached hereto as Exhibit "B" and incorporated herein by this reference is the Development Budget in an amount equal to $_____________. Owner acknowledges and represents that the attached Development Budget includes the total costs and expenses to acquire, develop, renovate and construct the Real Property and the Apartment Housing.

Developed during the Initiate & Plan Stage and revised as mutually agreed to, if needed, the timeline accounts for resource availability, business goals, size and complexity of the Project, and task duration requirements.

  • Project Work Plan The Statement of Work is the formal document incorporated into the Grant. The Project Work Plan documents how the Grantee will achieve the performance measures outlined in the Grant. Changes to the Statement of Work require an amendment. Project Work Plans may be changed with written approval from PEI and the Grantee.
