Cost of Annual Review. All costs incurred by the County of annual or other review shall be borne by the Developer. Status. Compliant.
Cost of Annual Review. The costs incurred by City in connection with the annual review shall be borne by CSE, if elected by the City. Upon written request by the City, CSE shall deposit with the City up to $5,000 per review to cover the City’s costs. At the completion of the review, City shall refund any unused deposit to CSE or request additional funds should a shortfall exist. Failure, if any, by CSE to deposit the monies shall be grounds for declaring CSE to be in default of this Agreement and/or in noncompliance thereof.

  • Shortfall of Annual Working Hours There shall be no pay back for shortfall of annual working hours in the shift systems determined in this Agreement.

  • Payment for Working on a Holiday (The following clause is applicable to part-time employees only) The holidays listed in the part-time local Appendix for the purposes of Article 16.03(b) shall be the same holidays as are listed in the full-time Local Provisions Appendix.   • Advancement on the Salary Schedule 5.8.1 When a regular or term employee obtains an academic, professional, trades or technical credential, or equivalent, appropriate to their subject area, and the degree, credential or equivalent has not been credited for initial step placement pursuant to Article 5.6 Initial Placement, the employee may apply to Human Resources to have their step placement reviewed.
