Common use of Cost of Arbitration Clause in Contracts

Cost of Arbitration. We will pay the filing fee and any costs or fees charged by the arbitrator regardless of whether you or we initiate the arbitration. Except where otherwise provided by applicable law, each party will be responsible for its own attorneys’ fees and other expenses.
