Cost of Service Cost-Based Allocation. “Cost of Service Cost-Based Allocation” means a combined Cost of Service Study and allocation of the costs to the Parties.

Cost of Service Cost-Based Allocation. The Wastewater Commission shall prepare or cause to be prepared an appropriate Cost of Service Cost-Based Allocation relating to the allocation of the costs of any Unplanned Expanded Sewer Service Facilities. Except as is otherwise specifically provided in this Agreement, the cost of such Cost of Service Cost-Based Allocation shall be deemed to be an OMR cost. The Capital Costs of any Unplanned Expanded Sewer Service Facilities shall be allocated to each SSR Party which is financially participating in the provision of such expanded facilities (including the Wastewater Commission, if it is purchasing Banked Allocated Capacity), in proportion to its share of the new expanded capacity, by class of such capacity (e.g. treatment capacity, conveyance capacity, or conveyance capacity at a particular location in a particular Interceptor), which shall be consistent with the specified amount of capacity of each class which such Party has agreed to accept and pay for pursuant to this Section 3.6.

  • Cost of Services Political Subdivision shall share some expenses for the above services, supplies and equipment. Additional elections may lower costs for each entity, and election cancellations may raise costs for each entity. It is understood that other political entities may wish to participate in the use of the County’s electronic voting equipment and polling locations, and it is agreed that Contracting Officer may enter into other contracts with entities for those purposes on terms and conditions generally similar to those set forth in this Agreement. Only the actual expenses directly attributable to this Agreement and any prorated shared expenses may be charged to Political Subdivision, plus a 10% administrative fee.

  • Shift Differential Compensation Any employee in the bargaining unit whose assigned work shift commences (for unit-1) prior to 5:30 a.m. or whose work shift ends after 5:30 p.m., or (for unit-2 members) commences after 2:00 p.m. shall be paid a shift differential premium of five (5%) percent above the regular rate of pay for all hours worked.

  • Compensation for Damage or Loss (1) When investments made by investors of either Contracting Party suffer damage or loss owing to war or other armed conflict, a state of national emergency, revolt, civil disturbances, insurrection, riot or other similar events in the territory of the other Contracting Party, they shall be accorded by the latter Contracting Party, treatment, as regards restitution, indemnification, compensation or other settlement, not less favourable than that the latter Contracting Party accords to its own investors or investors of any third state, whichever is the most favourable.

  • First Year Wage Adjustment Effective July 1, 2017, all salary ranges and rates shall be increased by two percent (2.0%), rounded to the nearest cent. The compensation grids for classes covered by this Agreement are contained in Appendix E-1. Employees shall convert to the new compensation grid as provided in Section 2.

  • Cost of Additional Review The Design Professional shall be responsible for an initial and one subsequent review of the Submittal. Where the subsequent Submittal is not accepted due to noncompliance with the Contract Documents, the Contractor shall be responsible for payment for the additional time required by the Design Professional to complete the Submittal review.

  • Second Year Wage Adjustment Effective July 1, 2020, all salary ranges and rates shall be increased by two and one-half percent (2.50%), rounded to the nearest cent. Salary increases provided by this Section shall be given to all employees including those employees whose rates of pay exceed the maximum rate for their class. The compensation grids for classes covered by this Agreement are contained in Appendix E-2. Conversion to the new compensation grid shall not change an employee’s eligibility for step progression increases.

  • Compensate us for loss damage You will compensate us and hold us harmless against any loss, damage, liability, cost and expense (including legal costs) which we may reasonably incur or suffer as a result of or in connection with your card account and/ or this agreement, including without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing:-

  • Cost of Repairs 54.1 Loss or damage to the Works or Materials to be incorporated in the Works between the Start Date and the end of the Defects Correction periods shall be remedied by the Contractor at the Contractor's cost if the loss or damage arises from the Contractor's acts or omissions.

  • Supervisory Differential Adjustment 99. The Appointing Officer may adjust the compensation of a supervisory employee whose schedule of compensation is set herein subject to the following conditions:
