The monthly energy production attributed to Subscriber’s Allocated Capacity shall be determined by dividing the monthly kWh energy production attributable to Available Capacity in the prior month less the Reserved Percentage (if any) by the number of total Subscription Units.
During the Term, Subscriber will receive a ▇▇▇▇ credit in accordance with Cooperative Policy No. 2.50 – Distributed Generation, Section III, Part E (3)(c)(1-3) (as may be amended from time to time), for the share of energy production attributable to Subscriber’s Allocated Capacity (“Solar Credits”).
As consideration for Subscriber’s right to receive Solar Credits pursuant to Article IV of this Agreement, the Subscriber shall pay to the Cooperative $ per Subscription Unit ($ per half Unit) of Subscriber Allocated Capacity as provided herein.
The Shipper that initially held the capacity remains liable towards GRTgaz, under the Contract for all the obligations concerning the capacity for which the right-of-use is transferred, in particular the obligation to pay for the Allocated Capacity and for the potential Hourly and Daily Capacity Overruns and for Daily Transmission Capacity Overruns on the Regional Network as set out in Clause 10.
Allocated Capacity : maximum quantity of energy, expressed in MWh (GCV) per day or in MWh (GCV) per hour, allocated to the Shipper by GRTgaz following a request for capacity Reservation.
