Common use of Costing Criteria Clause in Contracts

Costing Criteria. a) The Parties will use an average of the most recent 3 years of HRDB data (April 1, 2016 – March 31, 2019) for costing purposes. Where the data is not available in the HRDB data, the parties will use data from the institution’s historic records using the same 3 year period. Where the institution does not use an April 1 – March 31 year, the records used will be those that most closely fit that time period.
