Secondary Scale Adjustment. All steps on secondary scales will be increased as follows: 12.2.1 Effective the first day of the first full pay period after April 1, 2015 or the first day of the first full pay period after the date of tentative settlement of the collective agreement (whichever is later): one percent (1%). The Parties agree that retroactive adjustment will apply in the case of a tentative settlement on or before September 1, 2015.
