Costs and Fees of Arbitration. The Executive shall pay the initial arbitration filing (but only so much of the filing fees as the Executive would have instead paid had he filed a complaint in a court of law), and the Company shall pay the remaining costs and expenses of such arbitration (unless the Executive requests that each party pay one-half of the costs and expenses of such arbitration or unless otherwise required by law). The Company and the Executive shall each pay separately its counsel fees and expenses unless otherwise required by law.
