Costs and timelines. Each party shall pay one half (0.5) of the fees and expenses of the arbitrator. The time limits fixed in the arbitration procedure may be altered by mutual consent of the parties. All requests for time limit extensions and all responses must be in writing.

  • PROGRESS AND COMPLETION 8.2.1 All time limits stated in the Contract Documents are material terms and time is the essence of the Contract. A failure by Contractor to do what is required by the time specified in the Contract Documents is a breach of the contract.

  • Schedule and Completion The Pre-commencement Phase Services to be performed under this Contract shall commence upon the Effective Date of the Contract and be completed within 60 days thereafter.
